Achievements and Milestones
The Changanassery Reddiar Association (RAC) has a proud history of executing numerous
community welfare and development programs. One of the association's longstanding
aspirations was to have its own premises. In 1997, the RAC purchased a plot of land, marking
a significant step towards this goal. In 2023, another milestone was achieved with the
acquisition of a new building, which now serves as the RAC office and an auditorium,
enhancing its capacity to serve the community.
Beyond infrastructure, the RAC is dedicated to supporting education. They provide educational
aid and loans to students, ensuring access to quality education. Additionally, the association
extends medical support to community members in need, reflecting its commitment to holistic
welfare.
Each year, during the annual meet, the association awards mementoes to students who achieve
high grades or ranks. This tradition not only honors academic achievements but also serves as
a source of inspiration and encouragement for future generations.
Furthermore, the RAC manages commercial properties, contributing to its financial
sustainability and enabling continued support for its charitable endeavors.
